Payment by Cheque A Sterling £ GBP cheque or draft on a UK bank is accepted. Debit and credit cards are accepted online. Payments from overseas should be drawn on a UK bank, if drawn on a non UK bank please add GBP £10.00 to cover bank charges. Funds MUST arrive in the correct currency account or commission charges will be passed back to you (GBP, US Dollar or EURO *):
* Euro €: Quotations for payment in EURO should be obtained before an order is placed. Payment should be drawn on a UK bank (made payable to Paul Irvine). Payments from overseas should also be drawn on a UK bank, if drawn on a non UK bank please add €15.00 to cover bank charges, it can take up to 14 business days to clear personal Euro currency cheques drawn on overseas banks.

Shipping and Delivery
Alpaca Merchant aim to dispatch, ship and deliver purchases within 28 days. Delivery normally takes 7 to 15 days by international airmail. Prices are charged in British Pounds Sterling, Euro and U.S. Dollar were applicable. A charge of £5.50 (British Pounds Sterling) or equivalent in each respective currency is automatically added to the total of your purchase when shipped to non South American destinations. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you immediately to arrange an alternative dispatch date, an alternative product purchase, or a refund.

Each art piece is produced and, if applicable, framed, bespoke. Every piece is thoroughly checked before being securely and discretely packaged for shipping.
Small and unframed artworks are packaged in strong, carded plain envelopes or art tubes. Stretched canvas is also packaged securely, first with edge and corner protectors, and bubble-wrap, then finally in heavy card boxes specifically designed to protect your purchased art throughout transit.
