Upon requests for large quantities of the same product, Alpaca Merchant offer additional free volumes dependent upon order quantity and model specification. Alpaca Merchant clothing is of organic origin and manufactured in Nevado Sajama, La Paz, at the seat of the Andes where the alpaca is a national treasure.

Alpaca fibre is a well known luxury fiber that has acquired popularity because of its silky softness and natural sheen. The best alpaca garments are still knitted in the mountainous Andes region of South America, the home of the largest herd of alpacas in the world. In the fashion industry, Alpaca fibre is renowned to be one of the most luxurious, softest, resistant and beautiful fibres.

Product and Stock Availability
The goods you see in our online portfolio require significant time to make and are made in limited quantities and diversity. As production times vary, we will dispatch items as they become available, unless you clearly define otherwise. Please allow 8 weeks lead time on large wholesale orders. Volume and Quantity
The greater the wholesale quantity that you order, the better the volume discount will be. Orders for 10 or more items of the same model in various fit sizes is considerably less in price than an order of 3 items of the same model.

Delivery
Alpaca Merchant offer delivery of bulk goods by air transportation. This service is handled by Air Division Masterline S.R.L., our freight forwarding and logistics specialist. The shortest time freight can be delivered to the UK and Europe by air is approximately one week. To North America and Asia, times vary around one to two weeks. Alternatives by sea and land are also available.

Alpaca Merchant do not permit returns on any wholesale order(s). You may exchange damaged goods. Please check and confirm the condition of your order upon receipt.

Payment
As standard practice, payment for first time new wholesale orders and delivery/customers originating from the UK, Europe, Canada, the USA and Asia should be made by bank transfer. For all subsequent wholesale orders Alpaca Merchant prefer bank transfer, wire, BACS or crossed cheque for payment.

Payment in full for each wholesale order and delivery must be made before your order can be dispatched. The buyer is responsible for the costs of weight, carriage and transportation, and any taxes payable at the port of arrival. Every wholesale shipment is dispatched by registered and certified delivery.

When an order/shipment has been dispatched and is in transit no cancellation is permitted unless a 15 per cent administration charge of the total order value (inclusive of carriage costs) is paid. Please see our Conditions of Use.
